Marknadskontor Östgötagatan 23A 116 25 Stockholm High Coast Distillery startades år 2010 på initiativ av Mats och Per de Vahl. Destilleriet ligger i en gammal industrilokal invid Ångermanälven. Lokalen användes tidigare av AB Box Kraftverk, och ännu tidigare fanns sågen AB Box på platsen, därav destilleriets första namn, Box Destilleri, som nu är ändrat till High Coast Distillery.
